Web Developer : SkyWorld Interactive, www.skyworld.com, seeks a full time website developer capable of coding, testing and implementing a range of database driven custom solutions ranging from simple CMS updates to customized ecommerce/CRM integration solutions. Position requirements include: Development Experience: Recent experience applying current web technologies spanning XHTML, CSS, Javascript, db configuration and scripting (ColdFusion/MS-SQL required and PHP strongly desired). Portfolio of successful CF, PHP/mySQL, Javascript and Drupal CMS solutions in which you were a lead developer preferred. Technical Analysis: Ability to work with and support the project manager as he/she reviews functional options; must be able to critically review and improve annotated wireframes and functional requirements in order to define technical specifications. Self-Management: Demonstrated ability to work with others and within a fixed budget and schedule; ability to support and manage your time as it is shared across multiple projects, tasks and maintenance requests. Experience: Require 2+ years of web development experience. Education: Bachelor degree highly desirable. Compensation is competitive and based on experience will range from $40,000 to $65,000. Web Design and Development Project Manager: SkyWorld Interactive, www.skyworld.com, seeks a full time Project Manager capable of managing multiple project engagements spanning simple CMS updates to customized ecommerce/CRM integration solutions. We serve a variety of industries spanning retail, B2B and non-profits organizations. Position requirements include the following: Web Development Project Management Skills: Position requires an experienced web professional capable of proactively managing the overall IA, design and development process for multiple projects. Web Project Needs Analysis: Demonstrated ability to define end user needs and deliver site architecture documentation, use cases, annotated wireframes and functional requirements. Technical Needs: Ability to define work flows, front end functional requirements and content administration data requirements on behalf of a fast moving development team. Technical Proficiency: Exposure to web technologies such as HTML, CSS and scripting languages (PHP, ColdFusion preferred) and the ability to work with engineers regarding appropriate use of technology is preferred. Client Communication: Track record of proactively communicating with clients verbally and in writing as well as the ability to effectively manage client relationships leading to long term and immediate client satisfaction; Clear history of setting and meeting client expectations is required. Budget and Schedule Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a fixed budget and define and manage schedules within MS Project; Ability to support and manage resources shared across multiple projects as well as the ability to manage project tasks and maintenance requests. Experience: Require 2+ years of web development project management experience and 1+ years of technical project management experience. Education: Bachelor degree highly desirable.
